The Audiophile's Guide series is available in two formats, each with different shipping arrangements.
Individual Books
Individual books in the series are sold through Amazon's platform. When you click the purchase link, you'll be directed to Amazon's website where shipping costs and delivery times will be determined by your location and Amazon account status. Prime members typically enjoy free shipping while standard Amazon shipping rates apply for non-Prime members.
Collector's Edition
The special Collector's Edition ships directly from our warehouse in California. We've included shipping costs in the purchase price to keep things simple. Depending on your location within the United States, we'll select either USPS or FedEx to ensure the most efficient delivery to your door.
International Orders
For our international customers, shipping is included in the purchase price of the Collector's Edition. All international orders ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.

Returns Policy
The Audiophile's Guide series has different return policies depending on the format you choose.
Individual Books
For individual books purchased through Amazon, please follow Amazon's standard return procedures. Amazon's customer-friendly return policy typically allows returns within their specified timeframe and according to their terms and conditions.
Collector's Edition
The Collector's Edition represents a unique, hand-packaged and bound collection. Due to the special nature of these editions, we cannot accept returns unless there is damage during shipping or a problem with the product itself. Each collection is carefully assembled by hand, and we cannot in good faith resell a returned collection as new.
If you receive a damaged Collector's Edition or notice any issues related to shipping or product quality, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate product or shipping-related problems.
